1. Cancellation by Customer If you wish to cancel a booking, please inform us via email or phone. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
Time Before Travel Date:
- 30+ days: 90% refund (minus transaction fees)
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: -No refund unless stated in package terms
Important Notes: - All refunds are subject to deduction of processing fees and non-refundable charges. - Non-refundable items include visa fees, special offers, and services with strict supplier policies.
2. Cancellation by Holidays & Travels / DY Enterprises If a booking must be canceled by us due to operational or supplier-related reasons: - We will either provide an alternate service of equal value, or - Issue a full refund for the canceled portion of the booking.
3. No Refund Scenarios Refunds will NOT be provided for: - Visa rejections or delays in obtaining necessary travel documents. - Failure to meet health, vaccination, or immigration requirements. No-shows or failure to utilize booked services. - Airline tickets marked non-refundable.
4. Refund Process & Timelines - Refund initiation: within 15 business days of approval. - Final credit to account: 15–30 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. - Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
