Welcome to Holidays & Travels (“we,” “our,” “us”), operated by DY Enterprises. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile app, and services. By booking through us, you (“Customer,” “Traveler,” “User”) agree to comply with these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions - Customer / Traveler: Any individual or entity booking services with us. - Supplier: Third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, activity operators, and insurance companies. Package: A combination of travel services booked under a single itinerary. - Force Majeure: Events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Payment Gateway: Secure third-party processors we use to accept online payments.
2. Scope of Services Holidays & Travels provides travel facilitation services, including but not limited to: - Flight bookings - Hotel reservations - Local transfers and transportation - Sightseeing and activities - Customized travel packages - Travel insurance
All services are subject to availability and the terms of respective suppliers.
3. Booking & Confirmation Bookings can be made through our website, app, or directly with our customer service team. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received, and a confirmation is sent to the customer. You must provide accurate details (traveler names, passport details, etc.) during booking. Holidays & Travels is not responsible for errors or losses due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments - All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. - Taxes, government fees, and surcharges will be clearly displayed before final payment. - We accept payments via secure online payment gateways and other authorized methods. - Payments are processed only when confirmed by the payment gateway. - We do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers. - Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original source of payment.
5. Modifications & Changes Requests for changes (e.g., date modifications, upgrades) are subject to supplier availability and policies. Additional charges may apply. Any changes requested within 15 days of travel may not be accommodated and are at the discretion of suppliers.
6. Cancellation Rules Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some services such as special deals, discounted packages, or airline tickets may be strictly non-refundable.
7. Customer Responsibilities The traveler is responsible for: - Obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and health documentation. - Meeting all vaccination and health requirements of the destination country. - Arriving on time for all scheduled services. - Following local laws and customs during travel.
Holidays & Travels will not be liable for losses due to failure to meet these responsibilities.
8. Liability Limitation DY Enterprises, operating under the brand Holidays & Travels, acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the affected service.
We are not liable for: - Flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations - Hotel overbookings or service quality issues - Supplier insolvency or strikes - Political unrest, natural disasters, or pandemics
9. Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions Any fraudulent or suspicious booking will be canceled without refund and reported to relevant authorities.
10. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including: - Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms) - Pandemics or government-imposed travel restrictions - Strikes or labor disputes - Acts of terrorism or political events Refunds in these situations will depend on supplier policies. 11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes should first be raised with our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation and arbitration. Legal jurisdiction will be exclusively under the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
